If Ransoms fully manage a property we will take all reasonable steps for the tenancy to progress smoothly for its duration.
This includes arranging maintenance works on behalf of the landlord and carrying out scheduled visits to the property.
We have excellent links with trusted, reliable and local contractors to assist in tackling maintenance issues as quickly as possible.
We aim to make the moving process as simple as possible from the initial viewing through to collection of keys.
We will arrange for your rent to paid at the same time each month directly from your bank account and also ensure that your damage deposit is paid into an appropriate protective scheme.

Ransoms Residential no longer charge AGENCY FEES to tenants. Some charges that are permitted by the tenant fee ban of June 1st 2019 may still apply once a tenancy has begun. These permitted charges will be outlined clearly in all tenancy agreements. Agency referencing fees will still apply to companies wishing to proceed with a company let.
A refundable holding deposit will be required for every property that is applied for. This is inline with the guidelines set out under new legislation. Please see the details below.
A £100.00 refundable holding deposit must be paid should you wish to apply for and secure the property (subject to referencing)
If the referencing is completed successfully for all applicants and you do not voluntarily back out of the process the £100.00 holding deposit will be returned to you in full once the tenancy agreement has been signed.
